The specs

The cross

Warocqueanum brings the long pendant blade and the stark pale venation. Supermassive brings darkness. Papillilaminum brings substance and the velvet finish.

Clone from Quasar

Quasar is our house reference for the mother plant. It is not a cultivar name. The plant is Anthurium (Supermassive × Warocqueanum) × Papillilaminum.

We name our mother plants so you can tell which one a clone came from, and so you can ask for another from the same plant later. The mother is shown in the last photo.

She is the most elongated Anthurium in our collection, extending rather than widening as she matures. This clone is already showing the same habit.

This specific plant

  • Two leaves
  • The newest carries clear pink variegation
  • Established, visible root system
  • Ships in the 7 cm pot it is growing in, roots undisturbed

Pink expression appears in this line but not in every emergence. On this plant it is present and clean on the current leaf.

Not a seedling

This is a rooted clone taken from Quasar herself, not a seedling from a cross. Same variegation genetics, same leaf architecture, same growth habit. What the mother looks like today is what this plant becomes.

Variegation stability

Pink on a new leaf is a strong early signal, not a guarantee. All variegated aroids carry long-term reversion risk and we will not pretend otherwise. What you are buying is the exact genetics of a documented mother, with the pattern already showing.

Why now

One specimen. No duplicates and no restock at this price.

I have no interest in shady business, unrealistic promises, or pretending that everything is flawless.
