WHAT THIS IS

Not a standard shop item.

A TC pre-order means you're securing a specimen before it physically exists in our studio. We collect orders, place them with the lab, receive the batch, QC it, then ship. It's a direct route into rare genetics — but it comes with different rules than a regular purchase.

Limited slots per wave. Once a run closes, the next entry point is an acclimated plant at 3–5x the price.

Process & delivery.

01

You reserve.

Pick your specimen while the wave is open. Payment is taken at order. Shipping is charged separately at checkout.

02

We order from the lab.

Once the wave closes we commit the batch with our supplier. Estimated delivery window is stated per listing — usually 3–6 weeks.

03

Plants arrive and get QC'd.

Plugs arrive sealed. Anything that fails our quality check doesn't ship — you don't pay for a bad bag.

04

Ships direct to you.

Sealed TC bag, insulated temperature-safe packaging, tracked EU shipping. No grow-out step, no resell markup.

THE RULES

Read this before you reserve.

What you're buying

Unacclimated tissue culture plants, sealed in sterile bag — direct from our suppliers. Carefully selected genetics, often not available on the open market.

Photos on listings are reference plants from previous batches. Each plug is unique — variegation expression and size will vary.

Guarantee

If plugs arrive DOA to us from the supplier → full refund or replacement on our side.

Once shipped from us to you → standard shipping terms apply. For full protection during transit, add Plant Protection Express™ at checkout.

Important to understand

TC plants are not acclimated and sensitive. You are responsible for proper acclimation after arrival — sterile substrate, high humidity, slow adaptation over 4–6 weeks.

If you haven't deflasked before, start with an acclimated specimen instead.

No cancellations or refunds

All TC pre-orders are final once placed. Once the order has been submitted to the supplier, no cancellations or refunds can be made.

Cancel before the batch is committed — fine. After that, the plug is bought in your name.

Our promise
  • Rare. Curated genetics from labs we've worked with for years.
  • Selected. Only batches we'd grow out ourselves. Vetted source, verified ID.
  • Limited. Each wave tied to a real lab run. Caps are real — once they close, they close.
  • Honest. Reference photos labelled as reference. Expression varies. No bait-and-switch.
This isn't urgency theater. It's math.

REAL ANSWERS

Before you reserve.

What does "in-bag" actually mean?

A sealed, sterile plastic bag containing your plug — exactly the form the lab ships in. The plug is living tissue propagated under controlled conditions, genetically identical to the mother plant. Stage, substrate and bag type are stated per listing. Transition to soil is on you.

Why is this so much cheaper than a grown-out plant?

Because you're buying the step before acclimation. No grow-out labour, no months of care, no reseller margin. Acclimators pay this price — then sell the same plug for 3–5x once it's pushed a few leaves and looks like a plant. The genetics are identical. Only the effort and the time differ.

Am I qualified to do this?

If you've deflasked before and can run a setup at 95%+ humidity with sterile substrate, yes. If those words are unfamiliar, start with an acclimated specimen — not a TC bag. Killing a plug because your setup wasn't ready is an expensive way to learn.

How do I know the genetics are real?

Every batch comes from labs we've worked with for years — the same source as the acclimators you'd otherwise buy from. Each listing names the line, shows the actual bag you're reserving, and references mature specimens from the same genetics.

What if the lab batch doesn't arrive on time?

Lab delays happen. When they do, we notify you in writing with the revised window. We don't substitute genetics behind the scenes, and we don't charge for plugs that never existed — but the order stays in place until we have answers from the supplier.

What if I lose it during acclimation?

Acclimation losses after delivery aren't covered — that's the trade-off for buying at plug-price instead of specimen-price. Live Arrival Guarantee covers what arrives sealed and intact; it doesn't cover what you grow. Every order includes our deflasking guide.

Is variegation guaranteed?

Presence is. Expression isn't. Every plug from the same lab line carries the variegated genes, but how those genes express — how much white, what pattern, how stable — varies plug to plug and can shift as the plant matures. That's the nature of a chimeric cultivar.

When will it actually ship?

Shipping window is stated per listing — usually 3–6 weeks from reservation. Plugs ship the week we receive and inspect the lab batch. You get a tracked dispatch notification the moment the bag enters the shipper.

What if it arrives damaged?

Photo within 24 hours of delivery. We replace or refund — your call. TC bags don't fail quietly; heat damage, contamination, or physical breakage is visible when you open the parcel. Plant Protection Express™ at checkout adds priority handling and extended DOA coverage if you want the tighter safety net.

Can I cancel, or combine with another order?

Cancel any time before the batch is committed with the lab — full refund. Once the plug is ordered in your name, no cancellations. And TC always ships in its own parcel: sealed bags need their own packaging window, so we can't combine them with potted plants even if you order them in the same checkout.

RARE. SELECTED. LIMITED.

You've read the rules. Now pick your plug.

Current wave is open. Caps are stated on each listing. Once a spot closes at this price, the next entry point is an acclimated plant — someone else's grow-out, 3–5x the cost.
