Every standard order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, we replace or refund — your call.
To qualify: photos of the unboxing, plant, and packaging within 12 hours of delivery. Plant must be unpacked but not repotted. Transit stress, a yellowing old leaf, a dropped leaf or two, or temporary sulk after unpacking are not DOA — they're normal plant behavior.
Not covered: damage reported after 12 hours, damage caused after delivery, cosmetic imperfections, standard acclimation losses.

Where do you ship to?
We ship tracked across the EU. PostNord within Sweden, UPS for the rest of the EU. Orders to the US are handled privately — reach out if you're interested.
When do you ship?
Monday through Wednesday, tracked. We pause winter shipping when routes aren't safe. You'll always get tracking and a heads-up before we hand it over.
Do I need a heat pack?
We include one automatically when temperatures require — below 5°C at origin or destination. You don't need to ask for it, and you don't pay extra during cold periods.
What's the difference between Express and Plant Protection Express™?
UPS Express is faster delivery. Plant Protection Express™ includes UPS Express plus priority packing, advanced packaging, full DOA protection, and lost-package coverage. It's the full safety bundle — not just speed.
What counts as DOA (dead on arrival)?
Severe or fatal damage — completely collapsed plant, severe cold/heat damage, mush or rot on arrival. Reported within 12 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. Transit stress, a yellowing old leaf, or temporary sulk after unpacking are not DOA — they're normal.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Most items yes. TC pre-orders ship separately because the sealed bags need their own packaging window. Reach out if you need a specific arrangement.
What if my package is delayed?
Plant Protection Express™ covers lost packages in full. For standard shipping, we work with PostNord and UPS to resolve — but once it leaves us, the carrier owns the transit clock.
