Most variegated plants at this level are sold as one good leaf and a promise. This is five leaves, all of them carrying it, on a plant that has already proven the pattern holds as it grows.

Add pink tones on top of that and you are looking at the kind of plant that does not come back into stock. There is one, and when it is gone the listing closes.

Care, briefly

• Light: Bright indirect, never direct, which scorches the variegated sections first. Good light is what keeps the pink from washing out.
• Water: Lightly and evenly moist, never wet, letting the surface just dry between waterings. Keep water off the leaves.
• Warmth: 20 to 25°C and stable. Steady warmth matters more than chasing humidity. No cold draughts, nothing below 15°C.
• Humidity: 65%+ and stable. On a plant carrying this much variegation, consistency beats high numbers.
• Mix: Airy, chunky epiphytic mix of bark, perlite and charcoal, fast draining.
• Pace: Five leaves on a heavy root system, so it is established and ready to move. Let it settle after shipping before you size it up.
