Anthurium Magnificum × Dressleri 'White' | High Variegated Clone of Frost, 1 Leaf
Clone from Frost · M02Every figure here describes the specimen in the photographs as it is today, not the mother plant.
★ Clone of Frost · M02
A clone from our in house mother plant Frost (M02). The mother is not for sale, her clones are. You receive the exact plant photographed.
Anthurium Magnificum × Dressleri 'White'. A one leaf clone from our mother Frost (M02), with high grade variegation and an excellent root system. The cheapest entry into one of the most striking mothers we keep.
The mother
Frost has been on our bench since September 2025. Magnificum contributes scale and the square petiole, along with the silver venation that made the species a benchmark. Dressleri brings denser velvet and a narrower blade.
Frost inherits the size from one side and the depth from the other. Her leaves are large, matte, and hold their form as they harden. The white sectoring is broad rather than speckled, which is why she reads as two tone from across a room.
This plant is a clone taken directly from her, not a seedling, so it carries her genetics rather than rolling the dice on a new combination. Variegation is already showing here, and the pattern shifts leaf to leaf, so every new leaf is its own reveal.
This specimen
- Type: Clone from mother Frost (M02), not seed grown
- Stage: Baby, one leaf
- Leaves: 1
- Variegation: High grade
- Roots: Excellent
- Pot: 7cm
- Included: Inner pot
- Notes: Broad white sectoring leans on the green tissue that is left, so this one is for growers who already keep velvet Anthuriums.
One specimen. Photographed as received. The mother is shown for reference only.
Care, briefly
- Light: Bright indirect, never direct, which scorches the velvet and the white sections first. Good light keeps the white clean.
- Water: Lightly and evenly moist, never wet, letting the surface just dry between waterings. Keep water off the velvet.
- Warmth: 20 to 25°C and stable. With velvet Anthuriums, steady warmth matters more than chasing humidity. No cold draughts, nothing below 15°C.
- Humidity: 65%+ suits a variegated velvet, but consistent warmth and airflow matter more.
- Mix: Airy, chunky epiphytic mix of bark, perlite and charcoal, fast draining.
- Pace: One leaf on excellent roots, which is the best position a baby can be in. Let the roots fill the 7cm pot before sizing up. Give it time.

Frost
This specimen is a rooted clone taken from her, not a seedling. Same variegation genetics, same leaf architecture, same growth habit. What she looks like today is what this plant becomes.
The photograph is not an illustration of what your plant might become. It is the specification.
