💌 What’s included

  • Free 72h heatpack – keeps your plants cozy from door to door.

  • Express delivery (2–3 days) to most EU countries.

  • Winter insulation package: thermofoil, padding, bubble wrap & corrugated cardboard for maximum protection.

  • Safe Arrival Guarantee: if your plant arrives visibly affected or clearly damaged by cold, you’ll receive either a replacement plant or a full/partial refund (minimum 50% of the price).

    Please note: a slightly yellow or frost-kissed leaf does not count as damage — nature happens, darling.

 

🧾 To be eligible for the guarantee

  • 📸 Proof required: clear unboxing video or photos showing the plant immediately after delivery, in its original pot.

  • ⏰ Time limit: you must contact us within 3 hours of delivery or pickup and include the photos/videos.

  • 📦 Same-day pickup: parcels must be collected the same day they arrive at the pickup point.

  • 🚀 Express only: the guarantee applies exclusively to orders shipped with Winter-Proof Express.

  • 🌪️ Force majeure: the guarantee does not cover delays or damage caused by couriers, customs, or extreme weather.

  • 💚 Fair resolution: we’ll always do our best to find a fair and satisfying solution together. 

 

🌡️ Our winter shipping policy

We only ship when temperatures are above –5 °C at both origin and destination.
If the weather drops below this limit, your order will be held until it’s safe to ship — because protecting your plants comes first.
