How does VIP early access work?
If you're on the VIP list before Thursday 18:00, the Year 1 collection and Birthday Girls become buyable for you at 18:00. Public access opens at 19:00 — one hour later. That hour is usually enough to lose your favourite to someone faster, so sign up early.
When do plants ship?
Orders placed Thursday–Saturday ship the following Monday and Tuesday. Birthday Girls ship insulated, tracked, with Live Arrival Guarantee. Larger specimens may take an extra day to pack — we'd rather ship slow than ship sloppy.
What's the free Year 1 gift?
Every Year 1 Collection purchase includes a hand-picked thank-you — a small Plant.ess gift, included automatically. No code, no opt-in, no upsell. Only on Year 1 pieces (Birthday Girls have their own treatment).
Can I return a Birthday Girl?
Birthday Girls are final sale — these are one-of-one specimens held back for this. They're covered by Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA reported within 24 hours of delivery), but otherwise non-returnable. If you're hesitating, ask first.
Do you ship internationally?
EU only on Birthday Girls and Year 1 pieces. The risk window on long transit is too wide for plants at this tier. Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Finland, Italy, Spain — all standard.
Once it's gone, it's gone.
