Every plant has passed through our grow space before it gets listed — inspected, pest-checked, and root-verified. We don't flip fresh imports or ship anything we haven't stood behind first. If it's on the site, we've already lived with it.
Variegation expression — what to expect
Presence of variegation is guaranteed. Expression is not.
No two variegated plants grow out identical — even from the same mother. New leaves can come in heavier, lighter, or sometimes revert. That's the nature of the cultivar, not a defect. Every listing shows the actual specimen you'd receive — so you see exactly what you're buying.
Your first two weeks
Unbox gently. Don't panic about a drooping leaf — travel fatigue is normal and usually fixes itself within 48 hours. Place somewhere with bright indirect light and stable humidity. Wait before repotting. Let the plant adjust to your space first — 1–2 weeks is plenty. Water only when the top inch of substrate is dry.
Care at a glance
Light: bright, indirect. No direct afternoon sun.
Humidity: 60%+ is comfortable for most collector aroids. Variegated sections especially appreciate it.
Substrate: chunky, well-draining — bark, perlite, charcoal. Not standard soil.
Watering: when top inch is dry. Err dry, not wet.
Temperature: 20–28°C. Keep away from cold drafts and radiators.

Is the photo the actual plant I'll get?
Yes. Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, every photo is the exact specimen shipped. We don't hide behind stock shots or mother-plant references. WYSIWYG is a promise, not a slogan.
Is variegation guaranteed?
Presence is guaranteed. Expression isn't. No two variegated plants grow out identical — even from the same mother. New leaves can come in heavier, lighter, or occasionally revert. That's the nature of the cultivar and part of why collectors want them.
Where do you ship?
Across the EU from Sweden. Every order ships in insulated, temperature-safe packaging with tracking. During extreme cold we hold orders until the forecast opens up — we'll email you if that applies.
How does the Live Arrival Guarantee work?
Photo within 12 hours of delivery if anything arrives compromised. We replace or refund. It's the real kind, not the fine-print kind.
Is free shipping really on every order over €150?
Yes - free standard EU shipping kicks in automatically at checkout once the cart total passes €150. Express and specialty options are still available if you'd rather upgrade.
What's the care like after unboxing?

Can I combine multiple orders?
Most items, yes. TC pre-orders ship separately because the sealed bags need their own packaging window. Leave an order note or email us if you need something specific.
