RVDP, 'Red Vein Dark Phoenix' (Siam Flora), is a papillilaminum-variegata × 'Ace of Spades' hybrid with deep maroon-black velvet, red veins and variegation in its genetics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"\u003eBoth sit in the papillilaminum line, so the cross runs dark, velvet and elongated — with red-toned veining and the variegation RVDP carries. On this plant the newest leaf is already pushing with visible variegation.
